« The Art of Running : All About Challenges and Fun » is a conference for the passionate person.

In telling his story, Sébastien, father of three and pediatrician, shares his passion for running. He depicts the factors that influenced his progression and which could influence anybody with a passion, runner or not.

This conference is designed to encourage people to get active. It is an inspirational speech that brings people to realize that through a passion, you can discover the environment but most importantly, you can discover about yourself. Of course, you will hear about discipline and perseverance but also about spontaneity, intuition and fun. The lecture is intended for beginners and amateur athletes or more accomplished athletes, regardless of the discipline. Any person living a passion could appreciate the lecture.

This conference can be adapted for companies and corporate community, for schools of any grades and for fundraising activities.
